Is immediate cover available? TOPYes. Once we have provided a quotation either over the telephone or in writing simply call Leisureprotector and we can arrange immediate cover and e-mail you your policy documents within minutes. How can I pay for my policy? TOPWe offer our customers a choice of easy payment methods. You can choose to pay your premium in a lump sum by debit / credit card Or, if you prefer, for a small additional charge, the cost of your insurance can be spread over a eight month period. TOPIf you wish to cancel your policy you will need to put your request in writing and send it to: Or E-mail us at business@leisureprotector.co.uk After you or we cancel your policy, we will refund your premium as follows:If you cancel your policy at any time, we will refund any premium that you are due less an administration fee to take account of our costs in providing the policy. We will never refund your premium if you have made a claim, or if one has been made against you during the period of insurance. If you are paying by instalments you must pay the balance of the full annual premium. How do I change my policy details? TOPYou may wish to increase your stock sum insured? Note the interest of your lender? Whatever the change, if they affect your Leisureprotector insurance policy in any way we need to know. We will endeavour to call you back as close to your requested time as possible. What do I do if I'm not satisfied with Leisureprotector? TOPIf you have just taken out a new policy and are not satisfied with the cover provided by your policy, please return all documents within 14 days of receiving them to the address shown in the policy wording. As long as no incidents have arisen that could result in a claim under the policy, we will refund the premium you have paid. We aim to provide our policyholders with a first class policy and service, especially when we settle claims, but we recognise that there may be times when you feel that we have not done so. If this is the case, we would like to be told about it so we can resolve the problem.
